The estimated delivery time for DnChaitu products is 10 to 12 days from the date of order confirmation.

5. Why does delivery take 10–12 days?

At DnChaitu, we do not follow mass production or pre-packed inventory systems.

Each product is crafted and boxed personally for every customer.

Once your order is placed, the following process begins:

  • Your perfume or cosmetic is prepared specifically for your order
  • Fragrances are carefully blended and allowed to settle for quality consistency
  • Cosmetics are finalized and checked for texture, finish, and safety
  • Every product undergoes individual quality inspection
  • Packaging and boxing are done separately for each customer
  • Final checks are completed before dispatch
  • This intentional process ensures that every product you receive is fresh, refined, and quality-approved, rather than mass-produced.

  • Shipping & Transit: 3–4 days
  • Total Estimated Time: 10–12 days

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return

Used, opened, sprayed, or tested perfumes and cosmetics are not eligible for return or refund

14. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

15. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
