At DnChaitu, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

Returns Eligibility

1. Only unused, unopened, and untested products are eligible for return.
2. Products must be in original packaging, with seals, boxes, and labels intact.
3. Used, opened, tested, sprayed, or tampered products will NOT be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
4. Once a perfume or cosmetic product is used, it cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Eligibility

1. If you wish to return a product, the request must be raised before using or opening the item.
2. After the returned product passes our quality and packaging inspection, a full refund will be initiated.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

1. Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics
2. Items with broken seals or damaged packaging
3. Products returned without original packaging
4. Items damaged due to customer misuse
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
6. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
7. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Share your order ID, reason for return, and images of the unopened product
• Our team will guide you through the return process.
